Casana Interiors is proud to announce the upcoming handover of The Waterhouse Club, the private amenities space at Medlock House, Waterhouse Gardens.

Designed and delivered with a focus on comfort, wellbeing and effortless flow, this collection of resident-only spaces brings a resort-calibre experience to the heart of the development.

The Waterhouse Club brings together a suite of resident-only amenities designed for comfort, wellbeing and effortless flow: our carefully curated, bespoke furniture throughout the premium space is introduced by Casana’s first in-house designed and installed staircase, a key milestone for our n-house design team helping to bring architect, Studio Power’s vision to life.

A tranquil sunken garden connects indoor calm with outdoor greenery, while a vitality pool and swimming pool sit alongside a sauna and steam room. High-spec changing rooms and a welcoming spa reception elevate the experience, and a multi-use squash and basketball court adds an active edge.

Delivered in collaboration with our Domis group partners: Domis Construction, Matic , Novo, Wright Landscapes and Domis Utilities, we’re delighted to play a key role for our client Salboy and the future residents of Waterhouse Gardens.
